Elpis Tech proudly ships worldwide! Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to certain international destinations.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over USD $200. Simply add qualifying items to your cart, and the free shipping option will be applied automatically at checkout.

When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on your selected items’ availability and your chosen shipping method. These estimates will be shown on the shipping quotes page, depending on the carrier you select.

Shipping rates for many of our products are calculated based on weight. You can find the weight of each item on its product detail page. In accordance with our shipping partners’ policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.

Returns Policy

Shop with confidence at Elpis Tech! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, most new and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective product—we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Once you hand your return package to the shipper, you can typically expect your refund within four weeks, though it often arrives sooner. This timeframe includes shipping your item back to us (5–10 business days), our processing time once we receive it (3–5 business days), and your bank’s refund processing (5–10 business days).

To start a return, simply log in to your Elpis Tech account, find your order under the “Complete Orders” section in the My Account menu, and click “Return Item(s).” We’ll keep you updated by email once your return is received and your refund is processed.
